A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Grab all the pearls to add to your crab's collection!

The main goal when designing the game was to try and adjust the rules of sokoban to address the issues with the game type I didn't like (that getting stuck is too easy and that it can be a grind).

Art and sound effects by me, code by kanisoft, the rest was team effort.

Install instructions

For Windows, just unzip the archive into a folder of your choosing and start the exe. Windows defender may say the app is not trusted so you should click to show more options and allow it to run anyway. I had my anti-virus complain too, but it found no problems.

For Linux, unzip the archive into a folder, right click on the appimage, go to 'Properties' > 'Permissions' tab > check 'Allow Executing File as Program'. After that, you can double click the appimage to start it.

For mac, the zip probably won't run since the app is not verified. Refer to this video for instructions on how to get around it.

The underwater atmosphere, along with the sound effects and music, made this a really soothing and lovely game, meow!

I also like Sokoban-style puzzle games, but when I run into stages that are beyond my brainpower, the frustration sometimes wins and I end up trying to brute-force every possible pattern. But in this game, instead of a simple undo function, you can move the things you placed back yourself, so you don’t have to reset everything depending on the order you placed them. That made it much easier and more comfortable to play.

The power of the crab’s special ability, meow! ✨ (=^・ω・^=)

Thanks for playing and on the positive feedback :D

Nice to see a full playthrough and your live reactions. I was worried the sound effects would be jarring but you seem like you had fun with them.
